After you have finished syncing your clips in PluralEyes 3.5, you can export the synced timeline. All of your export choices are available in the Export Timeline window.
The Export Format options exports a synced timeline for use directly in an NLE. XML files are created for Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Pro X and Premiere Pro. AAF files are created for Media Composer.
PluralEyes also exports a synced timeline directly to Vegas Pro, but the workflow doesn’t involve the Export Timeline window. Learn more

The Media Files option saves new video and/or audio files that can be brought into any NLE. These files are not tied to your PluralEyes project, so you can safely move them to any location. Learn more
When you export as media files, you can choose where to save the exported files.

When you click the Export button, you are given Browse window that lets you choose the location to save your export.
Note for PluralEyes 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1: PluralEyes used to place all exported files into its default “Exports” folder. That is not the default behavior in PluralEyes 3.5.2.

File> Export. If you want to change options before exporting, use the File> Export... command. This opens the Export Timeline window.
File> Quick Export. After you have set up export options once, use the File> Quick Export command to export with the most recently used settings. This bypasses the Export Timeline window.

The export process can take from one second to several hours, depending on the size of your project and the output format you choose. The sync process can take a while because PluralEyes is extracting audio content and matching your audio to video. You will see a progress bar in the bottom right of the interface for both syncing and exporting.
Happily, when an export is in progress, PluralEyes works in the background so your computer isn’t tied up. You can simultaneously work on a different PluralEyes project or use other applications.
